How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at anytime by giving a 30 day written notice. You must submit cancellation in writing and email it to Jessica/Courtney 30 days from your billing date prior to the month you would like to cancel. Any requests received after the 30 days will not go into effect until the following month and you will still be charged for that month. Without a written notice the cancellation does not exist. It is up to you, the member, to notify management. If your membership is cancelled and you wish to re-join, you will be required to pay a new registration fee. There are no refunds on packages or memberships. There will be no refunds given for missed classes under any circumstance.
