EFT Payments for Monthly Membership:
Monthly memberships must be paid through an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) system. We accept credit/debit cards: Visa, Master Card. Monthly payments will be deducted on the 5th day of your billing cycle each month. If you change your debit/credit card, or have an updated expiration date, you must update your account online or contact Jessica/Courtney immediately. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 614-208-1022 to update your account. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a fee.
Class Pass Payments:
We accept debit/credit cards: Visa, Master Card, cash or check for these passes. 10 Block Passes expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
There are no refunds on packages or memberships. There will be no refunds given for missed classes under any circumstance.
You may put your membership on hold without a fee for reasons such as maternity leave and medical conditions only! If you need to place your membership on hold for reasons other than the ones listed above you will be required to pay a $25 hold fee. All holds can be for a period of no less than 30 days and no longer than 2 months each year. If an extension is needed a note from your doctor is required and may only be extended for 2 more additional months. Holds will start and end during your regular billing cycle. You must notify Jessica/Courtney in writing by emailing directly to email@example.com at least 10 days prior to your billing date. Any requests received after the 10 days will not go into effect until the following month and you will still be charged for that month. If you need to cancel during your hold. You must still provide a 30 day notice. Without a written notice the hold does not exist. It is up to you, the member, to notify us.
You may cancel your membership at anytime by giving a 30 day written notice. You must submit cancellation in writing and email it to Jessica/Courtney 30 days from your billing date prior to the month you would like to cancel. Any requests received after the 30 days will not go into effect until the following month and you will still be charged for that month. Without a written notice the cancellation does not exist. It is up to you, the member, to notify management. If your membership is cancelled and you wish to re-join, you will be required to pay a new registration fee. There are no make-ups for classes missed due to events such as vacation, common illnesses, etc.

As a monthly member, if you bring a new mom to class and they buy a 10 block pass you will receive $10 off your month membership. If they sign up for the monthly membership you will receive half off your month membership. There is no limit on referrals. Start spreading the word!!!
We welcome and encourage you to bring any out of town family or friend that is visiting you to class. Bring them along for the fun so you can continue your routine. There is no charge for a member to bring an out of town guest for the first week. If your guest is visiting for longer than one week any classes attended by the guest after the first week will be subject to a $5 per class charge. Members may bring up to 5 guests per year. Dads are always welcome to come to family class free of charge.
Our main method of communication with you regarding our FIT4MOM program is through Facebook and/or email. Please "like" our page so that you can stay informed. If you do not receive our monthly newsletter or playgroup and moms night out schedules please let us know so we can confirm your email information. Many email programs have spam filters. You may want to check your system and add FIT4MOM to your “acceptable” email list so that our emails are not blocked.
